Restaurant Review : Magique !

The Garden of Five Senses is a park in South Delhi, which claims to stimulate all five senses with its beauty and attractions. A visit to restaurant Magique is where taste is put to the test. The larger (and more interesting) part of this dinner-only restaurant is located outdoors. Lush greenery, candles everywhere and comfy eco-chic seating areas: Magique is the perfect escape from the busy and noisy Delhi. Indulge your pre-dinner cocktail cravings with one of their creative mixtures, such as one of the dozen different flavored Martini’s. The food menu has a good selection of dishes with European, Asian or (modern) local flavors. After dinner, you walk through the garden to The Zoo (one of Delhi’s current hotspots) for some more drinks before heading back into the crowded city. Magique is a well-kept secret in Delhi; hardly any taxi driver knows how to get there, so be sure to get (and give) precise directions. And yes, please bring insect repellent. Mosquitoes seem to love this tropical little garden too.

Visit this garden restaurant in the evening and watch dusk turn to night. When the lamps are turned on, you'll agree that Magique lives up to its name. Put together by someone who knows his food, the lunch menu has its emphasis on pizzas and sophisticated salads, while dinner is showcase time. The menu is an exceedingly well put together set of dishes with ingredients and influences from around the world so that no one culinary strand predominates. Thaiinspired, Lebanese, Italian - it's all there, but cleverly disguised to avoid the tag of region-specific food. Magique is a class act.

Set into the garden of five senses, Magique provides you with a memory to cherish as its ambiance has an old world charm of the wood cabins. Though it is usually visited more often in the winters as its outdoors seating is beautiful, complete with fairy lights, candles and small fountains, summer has its own charm with the indoor seating that does not disappoint, with beautiful high arches and antiques. Not only do the chefs provide you with a array of choices, they make sure you never forget your meals at Magique! Everything is cooked to perfection, be it your starters or desserts. Magique also stores a fine collection that can be enjoyed with the meals. All in all, Magique is a place for intimate meals with people you love....

I would surely recommend you to have a date mandatorily at this aesthetic place.

Lots of Love

XOXO
